NOXLI helps you find places and decide where to go. These terms describe use of the private beta.
The private beta
Features and availability may change while NOXLI is being tested. Errors, interruptions and incomplete venue details are possible. Saved places and Going plans are planning tools; they do not reserve a table, buy a ticket or guarantee entry.
Your account and use
Use accurate account information, protect your password and use the service responsibly. Do not impersonate others, access another person’s account, bypass security or rate limits, or submit abusive or unlawful content. Follow venue rules, including entry and age requirements.
Venue information
Opening hours, prices, photos and other information can change or be unavailable. Check important details directly with the venue before travelling. Going counts are activity signals from NOXLI, not verified attendance or a promise that others will be there.
Google and external services
Google Maps and Places content is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Keep provided credits with that content. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy notices. A venue listing does not imply a partnership with NOXLI.
Privacy and feedback
Read the Privacy Policy for information about accounts, plans, location, searches and reports. Use “Report a problem” for beta support and privacy requests. Please avoid including credentials or sensitive information.
Contact and updates
The product is referred to as NOXLI during this private beta. The legal operator identity and dedicated support/privacy email are being finalised and will be added before a wider launch. These terms may be updated as the beta develops. Nothing in this notice removes rights you have under applicable law.
